About Us Russell P. Waller (above left) I was born in England in 1960 and as a small child I remember looking up at the British Air Ferries Carvair's going into Southend Airport. I've been hooked on aircraft ever since and have been around aviation enthusiast circles for at least thirty five years. My heroes are Sir Freddy Laker and Sir Richard Branson for their superb efforts to bring cheap airfares to the ordinary man in the street. They deserve to be remembered as true aviation pioneers. I'm the one who handles customer relations the financial side of the company. All issues and enquiries are handled by myself, so I guess you could call me 'the face' of APSS. Mark Shields (above middle) Mark is a 'true blue aussie' in every sense. He is a great mate and I consider him to be the backbone of APSS. He has a great capacity to innovate and is always looking for new ideas to branch out into our hobby. While Mark considers himself to be a novice (20 years in aviation photography) he is nevertheless an enthusiastic hobbyist who is always looking to increase his knowledge of aircraft.
