Funds raised from the sale of Auction items will directly fund
research grants.

There will be a Main and Silent Auction of quality items.

Invitation to Donate an Item for Auction

This is an invitation to donate an item for auction to TUEXDO JUNCTION,
a charity ball in aid of The Cancer Council Victoria, who provides the much needed funding for research into treatments and possible cure for Cancer. The Cancer Council Victoria supports research in Victorian universities, hospitals and medical research institutes through the award of research grants. Funds for these grants are raised through events such as
TUXEDO JUNCTION.

TUXEDO JUNCTION promises to be a night of high quality unique fun and excitement. A silent and a regular auction will feature highly collectable items including artworks, signed football jumpers and photographs, sporting memorabilia, as well as accommodation and entertainment packages.

Packages

You may choose to have your item form part of an overall package in conjunction with other complimentary businesses – we invite you to utilize existing partnerships you may have or alternatively, we will request your permission to sell your item in association with other items. For example theatre tickets may be included with hotel accommodation and car hire.

The Auctioneer - Main Auction

Items will be sold by prominent Melbourne auctioneer Mr Mark Staples
of Hocking Stuart.

The Program
A printed program for the evening will include a listing and retail value
of each item as well as a brief description of the item.

Audio/Visual
Items included in the Main Auction for the night will be included in an audio visual presentation on the night. Depending on the size of the donation, company logos may also be included.

The Auctioneer
The Auctioneer will acknowledge donations by companies and individuals
at the time of auction.
