Bevin's "Home Page"  coming to you from New South Wales, AUSTRALIA.

My name is Bevin Stringer and I live in a small coastal town on the east coast of AUSTRALIA. I joined the Royal Australian Navy in 1960 at the age of sixteen. After 12 months training as a Junior Recruit  I became a member of the Photographic Branch.
I loved photography and really enjoyed my time in the Phot Branch. I left the Navy in July 1972 to spend more time with my family and to enjoy civilian life.  I then worked for
3M Australia Pty. Ltd for many years.
This web site is all about my enjoyment of photography over many years - so expect to see lots of photos here.

R.A.N. Leading/Cook Kevin Richard Jordan, served 1946 to 1958.
A friend is seeking any available information on
the life of Kevin Jordan. Kevin served onboard HMAS Melbourne in 1955 and 1956. He was in the Commissioning crew as the ship underwent sea trials in the Plymouth area. Kevin left the navy in 1958. His wife's name was Thelma May Jordan, and she passed away in 1969 in the Singleton area, NSW.
We have discovered that Kevin Richard Jordan passed away in 1989 in Victoria. On his 1989 death notice, his wife is listed as Eleanor Jordan.
If you know anything of Kevin's life
