Mr. Brabyn received his B.B.A degree in 1993
from the University of Mississippi, Oxford, and his J.D. degree in 1997 from
Vanderbilt University School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee. He is a member of
the Mississippi, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations.
