BRENDA A. MUNDELL
Brenda A. Mundell joined Mosteller &
Associates in October 1997 with twelve years experience in the financial and
human resource fields. Ms. Mundell's specific expertise lies in her ability to
effectively analyze and integrate the financial impacts of human resource
programs and plan designs.
Her human resource experience
encompasses a wide range of generalist responsibilities, including recruiting
and orientation, employee relations, benefit design and administration,
training and safety. Specific benefits projects completed include the design
and implementation of a self-insured medical benefits program and a 401(k) plan
for a mid-sized employer. Most recent financial experience includes management
responsibilities for the financial reporting unit of a large bank holding
company.
Ms. Mundell graduated from Albright
College with a B.S. in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant
(CPA). She has since completed a number of graduate level courses at St.
Joseph's University and is currently pursuing a Certified Employee Benefit
Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee
Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
