Carol Mundell
Property Management
Carol Mundell serves as CFO and is a principal of Promus
Management. She has been involved in commercial property management for the past
ten years. She is responsible for the supervision of accounting and data
processing services, directing accounts receivable, CAM and all tenant
billings, directing accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting for over
140 separate business entities. Additional responsibilities include budgeting,
cash flow forecasting, cash and capital management, and coordination of tax
returns.
Prior
to joining Sunrise, Ms. Mundell worked with Harry L. Summers Inc., where she
served as Assistant Controller. Her responsibilities included financial
statement preparation, audit administration, asset management, and property
management accounting for over one million square feet of commercial property.
Previously she worked as Project Finance Manager for Presley of San Diego and
McMillin Communities. Her responsibilities included financial and management
reporting, feasibility and cost analysis, and real estate forecasting.
Ms. Mundell holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and an MBA
with emphasis in real estate finance from San Diego State University. She is a
licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Arizona. In 1997, she was a
recipient of the Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) award.
