Submitting Requests

You may enter any number of requests in the text box below. For each request we need information in three components, namely: Title, Author, Description. Please separate these components with a semi-colon (;) and start each new request on a new line. If you do not know the author's name then please insert "unknown" separated by a semi-colon. Customers should understand that without an author name it may be difficult for us to locate the book, however we will try our best. We have a large database of titles and we may be able to do sufficient research to satisfy your request without the author name. The Description component might contain a specific edition, publishing date, binding and the like. Also if there is any doubt about the Title provided, please mention this in the Description field. We will acknowledge every request by a return email which will contain the detail as we understand them. If we have made an error in the details, please let us know. 

Submitting Book Lists

Request lists may be either scanned in and attached to an email or faxed to The Merchant of Fairness at the above fax number. We will work to your list and advise you of those titles which we have in stock. Your list will be entered into our computer system for future monitoring and we will advise you from time to time of our progress. It is important that you regularly advise us of revisions to your list to avoid unnecessary waste of our researchers' time.

PLEASE REMEMBER, WE WILL KEEP SEARCHING UNTIL YOU TELL US TO STOP.

SOME VERY RARE BOOKS MAY TAKE YEARS TO FIND, OTHERS ARE FOUND QUITE QUICKLY. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ESTIMATE BUT WE WILL KEEP TRYING FOR YOU.

Payment arrangements will be made by email at the time of satisfaction of your request.  Payment can be made by credit card or by direct bank transfer. Clearance costs of sight drafts or money orders and shipping costs will be to the customers account and overall settlement arrangements will be mutually agreed prior to shipping.     

All email book requests  will be acknowledged on receipt by return email .
