Reporting Mode
The Report Mode, as
the name suggests, allows you to display recorded chat conversations on screen.
Filtering options are available when creating reports as follows:
- A number of
optional filters are available to focus on particular aspects of the recorded
conversations. The Names options allow you to include or exclude particular
senders. Similarly, the IP Address options allow you to include/exclude particular
senders based on IP address. Finally, a Keywords option allows you to only
display messages containing particular keywords.
The Run Report
button creates a report based on the options selected and displays it on-screen
The Print Report
button will print the report created. Note that the adjusting the column widths
on-screen will affect the final layout of the printed report.
