Secretarial Online Australia will be happy to accept work from anywhere, as long as the work is in English.  Payment will be required prior to delivery of work via email for customers outside of Australia.

If the client requires a quotation one will be provided on request. If the client’s original requirements change, after consultation with the client, Secretarial Online Australia reserves the right, to amend the original quotation.

The client assumes full responsibility for the proofreading and accuracy of accepted work.  Secretarial Online Australia is not responsible for any errors or omissions and will not be held liable, however we will gladly rectify any errors free of charge should they be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of the completed work.  This is limited to errors made by Secretarial Online Australia only as opposed to further redrafting by the client.  Secretarial Online Australia will accept no liability.

Secretarial Online Australia is not responsible for the end use of any document produced or edited by us.  The client has the sole responsibility for the appropriate use of any document created by Secretarial Online Australia, including abiding by any copyright laws, plagiarism laws and publishing requirements.  Secretarial Online Australia is not responsible for the content of any document supplied to them.  Secretarial Online Australia will assume no responsibility for any plagiarized material supplied by a customer and reserves the right to return the work should Secretarial Online Australia become aware of such inappropriate use.

Secretarial Online Australia reserves the right to reject work from any client.

Please note that client’s documents will be kept for a period of one month unless otherwise advised.  All documents are securely destroyed for purposes of privacy and confidentiality.

Secretarial Online Australia reserves the right to change its ‘Terms and Conditions’ at any time.

General Information

  • Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments, unless otherwise specified.
  • Usual turnaround is 24 – 48 hours.
  • Rush orders of 24 hours or less or holiday work – may be subject to 20% of invoice.
  • Poor quality and/or illegible source material – 20% of invoice.

Delivery

  • Finished work products are delivered via CD, disk, email, fax, and post or as required by the client.
  • Other delivery methods (i.e. couriers or personal delivery) will be billed to the client.

Payments

  • A 50% non refundable deposit is required for all new clients, balance is due upon completion.
  • Payments can be made by Direct Deposit, Cash, Money Order or PayPal.  (Please do not send cash in the mail).
  • An invoice will be submitted with the completed work.  Payment is strictly seven (7) days from the date of the invoice.  (Unless otherwise agreed upon).
  • We reserve the right to charge interest of 5% on overdue amounts on the outstanding balance from the date the invoice was due until the date payment is made.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST.
  • All costs other than those agreed upon will be the responsibility of the client.  These may include costs associated with telephone, bank charges, postage, couriers, travel or printing.
  • Printing of prototypes for proofing is included in the hourly rate.  Large quantity printing costs will be the responsibility of the client.
  • Bank or personal cheques are to be made payable to Secretarial Online Australia.

    *NOTE* If a personal cheque is returned unpaid, the client will be liable for any related bank charges.
