I was born and spent the most of my life in St-Petersburg (Russia) and my interest in art stems back to childhood. During my studies of architecture, which I feel was invaluable; I was introduced to the old masters, and came to appreciate their fluency in what I regard as a visual language I also work in the print media using traditional techniques such as mezzotint and etching .

I believe that everything have an inner realm, created by imagination and fantasy. This inner world is splendid, it is so mystifyingly wonderful that it can eclipse or even replace the real world.
