Acquisition Details
This form contains details of the vehicle, the previous owner, the supplier, and financial details. This form is to be completed upon purchase of a vehicle.
The stock number (StockNo) on this form is the basis for all future references to information within the system regarding the vehicle. The stock number must be input as the first entry when entering a new vehicle.
Supplier details can be selected from the list provided. If the supplier required is not in this list then it must be entered by selecting the Supplier Details button.
The form also provides access to the Dealings Book form, the Form 7 form, and the Supplier Details form.
The Dealings Book button on the Acquisition Details form provides access to the Acquisition Dealings Book Details form for the vehicle selected. This form is provided for producing a printout to be entered into the dealers Dealings book.
The Form 7 button on the Acquisition Details form provides access to the Form 7 form for the vehicle selected. This form provides the Form 7 printout for display in the vehicles window. All information is automatically provided on the form with the exception of one user input area. This area is below the extras details and can be used for the entry of comments regarding the vehicle.

This form contains all information on the vehicle to the current date, inclusive of previous owner details, vehicle details, purchaser details, repair details, and financial details.

The Pricing Ready Reckoner form allows various pricing scenarios to be input to determine profit margins and to calculate amounts outstanding etc. This form is accessed form the Vehicle Details form.
