Booking Conditions

· 50% deposit at time of booking and balance payable on arrival

· Payment by credit transfer and/or cheque.

· Pet welcome at no additional cost and subject to agreed conditions at time of booking

· Normal check in time 2pm and departure time 10am except Sunday when check in time is 3pm and departure time is midday unless otherwise agreed

· In the case of cancellation, full refund if notified 30 days prior to arrival. If notification is less then 30 days, refund will only be made if we are able to re-let the unit and $20 administration fee will apply
