to Madeline Frances Davies

 

Arthur is pictured wearing his Cameron Highlanders uniform.

When WWII broke out, Arthur, who was only 16, put his age up and joined the army. He enlisted first in the16th Battalion (Cameron Highlanders) thinking it would be easier to join the AIF by transferring from a militia regiment (see my Rollcall of Honour page for further details of Arthur's military service

Died: 9 Mar 1962

at Perth, W.A.

Buried: Karrakatta, W.A.

Married: at Perth, W.A.

to Pauline Josephine David-Moss

Bert enlisted initially in the CMF and later transferred to the AIF (see Rollcall of Honour for further details of Bert's military service).

at Serpentine, W.A.

to Kathleen Dorinda (Peg) Richardson

Owen served with the 10th Light Horse Regiment and was also a 'Rat of Tobruk'. It was at Tobruk that he was seriously wounded (see Rollcall of Honour  for further details).

to Mary Booth

Barney was a fighter pilot during WWII (see my Rollcall of Honour page for further details of his military service).
