The Range Artists Co-op Ltd. was formed in 1996 out of a felt need for a new, active and encouraging environment where 2D artists could work together to achieve professional fulfilment.

 The Group became an incorporated Co-operative in 1999 and has held regular monthly meetings during the last eight years.  Members show current work at these sessions for group evaluation and critiques.  Occasional Guest speakers and a monthly newsletter keep members informed.

 Regular painting days, both indoors and on location, are organised.  The more experienced members encourage the emerging artists in their professional development.

 Range Artists stage group exhibitions and some members also have solo exhibitions. Their art is appreciated for its quality and diversity of traditional and modern styles in all media.  Membership has increased steadily and currently there are almost thirty members.
