i am finally giving up something that i held on and fought for,
for almost a year now.
i am finally giving him up.
an irony... for he was never mine, i was never his.
what we had was just an understanding between 2 adults who lived on both
sides of the earth, who met by chance.
and had that profound connection...
we tried to build from it, thinking that we could probably
go against the time, the space and the distance between us.
but i guess we have both failed and finally allowed hopelessness to consume
us.
i feel it is time to let go. i dont know if its the right thing to do...
but although it hurts (big time) i had no regrets. and as the cliche goes, i will
survive.
maybe it was never meant to be...
but if it is... then it is...
and so be it.
P.S. i am now officiali single again *lols*

i feel like banging my head on the wall T-T i just got a hundred dollar parking fine --
for parking on a no stopping zone waaaaaaa, i know i know, its pretty lame and pretty stupid,
but ive been parking there for the last 6 months everytime i go to my kung fu and
i had been lucky until tonite obviously *sniff*
a few weeks ago, i also got a 60 dollar parking fine, now its gone up to a hundred. ive outdone myself (yeah right!)
my fines getting bigger and bigger and im getting poorer.
so if your feeling generous or rich... donations are open 24/7,
you can always pledge here (visa accepted) hahahaha, just kidding.
oh well, shit happens -_-
i wonder what parking fine im gonna get next time.

i went to my friends auntie to celebrate 'australia day' and had a ball!!! we were supposed to
go to burswood (as ive mentioned earlier) but we didnt get the barbeque going until past 7pm (the fireworks start at 8)
coz obviously the food was more important, true... how can one enjoy watching a show with an empty stomach anyway?
since we were running out of time, we decided to just climb up their shed, and watch from d roof.
climbing is one of my forte, thats why even with my heels on, i didnt have any problems hehe.
but poor mavic, shes so scared of heights, most of us were up d roof olridi so she didnt have much choice but climb up as well and face her fears. (she did by the way)
its one of those situations, were you just loose your poise no matter, but as usual, that didnt stop us from taking pictures of ourselves ahahaha,
i think even if we're probably drowning or something like that,
we'd still b taking pictures if we can (how vain) kekekek!
the big budgeted fireworks display was nothing mind blowing -- its almost d same as d one from last year and the year b4 that and the year before that and so on, if u know what i mean
*sighs* i think d organizers are running out of ideas too :P
and worse its back to work tomorrow, this aussie day had to be on a wednesday, middle of d week, why they didnt move it on a friday beats me -- oh well,
i still have something to look forward to this weekend...
were going to Adventure World! *yehey* the thought excites me olridi ^-^ ladida...

the month of january is almost about to end now, and it just amazes me how its gone quick... next thing i know im 30 olridi -_- so many things happen in weeks time, hmmn by end of this month, i mite just end up heartbroken or something...
i'll survive i suppose, oh but i did manage to make some new years resolution, originally there were 10, but now its down to 6. id be ecstatic if i can keep 4. maybe ask me again in 12 months time!
oh, it's Australia Day today!!! 'aussie, aussie, aussie, oi, oi, oi' i pay homage to my second country -- may its people and its land be blessed for always.

Geri is the diminutive 24-year-old lady who is also known as Dr. Burn.
She loves big laughs, big hugs and big teddy bears. When she’s not out and about, she enjoys curling up in front of her computer, watching classic old films (horror movies are nice too) or reading a book, especially on a quiet Sunday afternoon.
She is addicted to red bean bubble tea :P Buy her one and she might just even draw your portrait.
She is currently purple belt in kung fu and was also a former vocalist of Accent Band.
