Notes:
The ruin is a large picturesque house in good condition. The roof has been replaced and is in good condition and two chimneys remain. The verandah has collapsed and the wooden posts are old and roughly hewn. The wooden front door is still in place. The stone has been cut and dressed and there is red brick trim on the windows, doors and cornerstones. There are two large windows either side of the door and a stone addition at the rear.
The property is believed to have had three owners. The original owner was Enoch Singh. Then came Bill Loffler. It is now owned by Jack Boehm.
There is a stone outbuilding on the LHS and a stone wall on the RHS.
