With a little breeze around 5 knots from the NW and forecast 15 to 20 headwind in the afternoon we took the opportunity to sail while we could.

After a light lunch at Shelly Beach and a nice chat with Sally J. who was seen wandering aimlessly around Shelly beach with a damaged paddling arm and performing her raise the Cuppaccino exercises.

What a great Kayak surfing wave at the point.
