Myall Lakes National Park May 2004
How different this was on the Myall to one paddle a few years ago when I had to walk out leaving my Kayak, tent and all behind. But that's another story.
This weekend was perfect for the two day paddle, a great buch of people to paddle with. We left from Bomba point and paddled around 23 km to our campsite. After setting up we headed further north to savour the moments of a glorious sunset. The conditions for this weekend was no wind whatsoever... can't get much better than that.
I have this distinct feeling that every time I take my sail with me on a paddle, that the wind was an optional extra that I should have paid for!
