Dear Conny,
What a wonderful time we had!
Your home-baked muffins were delicious and the breakfast superb. The cottage is cosy and one feels at home. One highlight was the bushwalk to the waterfall, which was a unique experience. Unforgetable. You as the hostess gives this place its special character and we enjoyed your company a lot. We will recommend Horsehaven and our plan is to visit again soon.

The kids have summed up our wonderful weekend. It was relaxing, full of first time experiences and so much fun. Most importantly your warmth and incredible cooking we won’t forget. As a former Tourism minister I’ve seen a lot of places, but also as a mum I’ve stayed in different types of accommodation- this gets top marks in all categories!! Many thanks, we will be back!

Back for our 5th stay!! As peaceful and relaxing as ever. Waterfall was spectacular- so much water. Great to see the horses again. Had a wonderful ride on La Douce. Thought it was really funny when she pulled that big bit of bush out and tried to eat it. Love the purple float!!

Hello Conny,
We had a fantastic stay at your Farmstay. We found that your farm cottages were beautifully decorated, and were a pleasure to stay in. The small touches of care that you extend to your guests really made a huge difference. The pre-heated cottage, with a lovely log fire, the lit candles, with a pleasant fragrance, the electric blanket turned on – were just some examples of things you did to make us feel welcome. I was touched by, how you moved out of your own home, and gave it to us, so that we would have a large enough house for our family. You are a caring and friendly hostess!

I had such a warm comfortable bed, it was such a pleasure, and I slept so well. The animals were really child friendly, and one of the children used to be afraid of dogs before our visit, but now doesn’t feel scared of them. The horses were such great fun to ride, and this was one of the highlights of my stay – especially the beautiful scenic trail ride we went on. Another highlight was milking the goat, and tasting the fresh warm milk – yum! We have 7 children between the ages of 13-0 and it is often difficult to find vacation activities that everyone enjoys – and we ALL really enjoyed staying at your farm.
