Our Parish Hall is available for bookings by individuals for functions such as weddings, birthdays, etc, or by clubs and other organisations. The hall has a seating capacity of 200. The kitchen has only recently been renovated and is fully compliant with Workplace, Health and Safety Regulations. To confirm hire rates and for further information please contact the Parish Office on 32051493.


Hiring prices are listed below.
PLEASE NOTE THESE PRICES ARE REVIEWED PERIODICALLY.
Hall (per function) $200 (GST inclusive)
Deposit $100 (GST inclusive)
Bond $200 (GST inclusive)

The Deposit is payable no later than 4 weeks before date of function. Booking is not finalised until deposit is paid. Seven days notice is required for cancellation. Deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED outside this time.
The Bond is refundable after inspection of area which must be left clean. Deduction will be made to the bond as is necessary to cover any breakage/cleaning costs. Inspection will be carried out on the first business day after function date.
ALL BOOKINGS TO BE MADE THROUGH THE PARISH OFFICE.
