After
removing seed from the fruit you will need to place seed into some
type of container to ferment. A plastic disposable cup is ideal.
You will need to add enough water to cover the seed.
Depending on the temperature the seed can
take any thing from 4 days to 1 week to ferment.Once the liquid
develops a white scum layer on the surface your seeds are ready
to be dried. See Fig 1
