Surface Forces and Nanotribology
Synopsis:
Presentations in the areas of experimental, computational and theoretical
studies relating to surface forces and/or nanotribology are sought. Research
related to the direct measurement and interpretation of surface forces and
frictional studies is of interest, as is the role of surface forces and
friction in the wider area of colloid and interface science including,
colloid stability, adhesion, wetting, adsorption, filtration and rheology.
The theme is also interested in the relationship between the nanoscale
tribology and surface forces and measurable macroscopic properties.
