Getting There from the Adelaide Airport

The hotel is a ten minute drive from the airport or a 20 minute drive to Adelaide's CBD and is right on the beach at popular seaside suburb, Glenelg. Stamford Grand is accessed via Jetty Road's vibrant seven day retail trading strip, in the premier seaside suburb of Glenelg. The famous Glenelg tram is at the doorstep providing a start-off point for city trips. This location offers many leisure activities including bike riding, sailing catamarans, restaurants, cafes, shopping and cinemas.Stamford Grand

Travel south along Tapleys Hill Road from the airport, turn right at Anzac Highway and left onto Colley Terrace. Turn Left onto Jetty road and then right on Moseley road.

Car Parking at the Stamford Grand

A multi-storey car park is located adjacent to the hotel. Day parking is charged at $3.00 per hour with a maximum $7.00 per day for Conference Delegates. Valet Parking for delegates staying overnight in the hotel is charged at $20.00 or self-parking for $15.00 per night. To access the car park, enter Moseley Street from Jetty Road, then first right into Elizabeth Street. Turn right at the end of Elizabeth Street. There is also un-timed free street parking south from the hotel within a 8 minute walk of the hotel.

VISA Information

All travellers to Australia must have a valid visa before boarding their plane. They cannot apply for a visa on arrival. Travellers will require either a Short Validity Business ETA or a Business (Short Stay) Visa. Please click here for a general guide on VISAs.

Getting to Adelaide

International flights to Australia commonly do not fly direct to Adelaide. Delegates from USA and Europe may need to transfer to a domestic flight after arrival in Sydney or Melbourne. For Japanese delegates a direct flight from Osaka to Adelaide is available.
