- One child under 12 can stay free of charge if utilising existing bedding.

Payments
No booking will be confirmed without a credit card guarantee or a pre-payment. You need to pay any incidental expenses incurred during your stay (for example, mini bar, telephone or dry cleaning) when checking out.
Credit Card Guarantee
Your credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel to secure your reservation. No amount is deducted from the credit card until you check out of the hotel.
Accommodation Pre-Payment
You may pre-pay one room night or the total room cost. Please indicate how much you wish to pre-pay on the Registration Form.
Accounts
If you wish to receive an account you must organise this directly with your hotel before you arrive. Contact details for your nominated hotel will be supplied with your confirmation.
Accommodation Cancellation
Cancellations must be advised in writing to Conference Design at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival or 'no-shows' will attract a penalty of at least one night’s accommodation.
Car Parking at the Stamford Grand
A multi-storey car park is located adjacent to the hotel. Day parking is charged at $3.00 per hour with a maximum $7.00 per day for Conference Delegates. Valet Parking for delegates staying overnight in the hotel is charged at $20.00 or self-parking for $15.00 per night. There is also un-timed free street parking south from the hotel within a 8 minute walk of the hotel.
