Riverwood Downs Mountain Valley Resort is located on the banks of a Karuah River, in the foothills of the Barrington Tops World Heritage Wilderness

Riverwood Downs Mountain Valley Resort is 2.5 hours north of Sydney, and 1.5 hours north of Newcastle between Stroud and Gloucester. It rests on 15 acres of manicured park land and gardens and is part of a 750 acre cattle breeding property with many kilometres of walking trails and river frontage.
