The information on this and the following pages was drawn from Megaman MUSH's news files, collected here for anyone who is interested in applying for a character at M3 but doesn't want to have to go through the task of manually collecting the info from the MUSH itself. It's also useful for those who just want to read more about M3's theme and the events that have occurred in the IC world so far.

The main focus though, is for people wanting to apply for an OC. The main Overdone section details the character concepts and attributes which are restricted or not allowed, and in addition each faction (where applicable) has its own character information section that lists what they've got too much of, and what they need more of. Hunter OCs are only allowed at infrequent intervals and Robot Masters are not accepting OCs at this time, so if you want a character in either of those factions, your best bet is to check their FC lists. Those will not be mirrored here though, as keeping track of whether or not every single FC is available or not is a task I'm not going to even consider undertaking.
