~Special Introductory Rates~

Peak season $100 per night: For 2 guests. Extra $10 per person, per night.

5th September - 19th September 2009

26th September - 10th October 2009

19th December - 30th January 2010

2nd April - 17th April 2010

Off Peak $80 per night: For 2 guests. Extra $10 per person, per night.

Minimum booking 7 nights / Max 12 people (Shorter stays by arrangement with extra charge levied for cleaning)

40% deposit to be paid at time of booking.
Balance 7 days prior to occupancy.
Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A no refund policy applies over peak periods if the property cannot be re-booked after a cancellation.
A $300 security bond to be paid with final payment. Refundable subject to final inspection.
All in Australian dollars.

Check in time 2.00pm check out time 10.00am

Hopetoun Paws will be available from September 09.
