We would like to welcome you to our website and tell you a little about ourselves. John and I live in Mt Eliza, Victoria, Australia, we have been proud Dane owners for over 18 years, our first Dane, Savvik, being a rescue Dane. After her death at 14.5 years we wanted to purchase Harlequins with pure Harlequin backgrounds as a foundation to what was to be the start of our Kennel, Danedreamer Great Danes.

I have been breeding dogs since the age of 23, starting with Jack Russells, then moving to Greyhounds. During this time, I gained a wealth of knowledge on animal husbandry and pedigrees, I have trained, bred and owned some very nice successful Greyhounds. I bred one that was so successful his owners refused a $45,000.00 offer, so I am not a newcomer to the breeding scene or producing quality pups.

John and I are dedicated to breeding quality and will not compromise on our standards, we look for betterment in the breed with every litter. Our policy is Quality, not Quantity. Our puppies are guaranteed against any breed defects, careful breeding selection has produced outstanding temperaments. We are not breeding for commercial purposes but for the satisfaction of breeding a quality Dane that any owner can be proud of. We microchip all of our pups and will only sell to loving homes where our pup will be a part of the family-loved atmosphere and spoilt.

We are proud to announce that we are now one of the Foundation Members of Australia's newest Great Dane Club - The Eastern & Coastal Region of NSW Great Dane Club. This club is devoted & dedicated to the betterment of the breed with focus being on Dane Rescue/re-homing & welcoming & educating new Dane owners & the general public on this magnificent breed, the "Apollo" of dogs - THE GREAT DANE.

Our pursuit of quality has been rewarded by breeding some beautiful Harlequins, which we are extremely proud of. John and I are members of the Victorian Great Dane Club and the NSW Great Dane Club where I am sub-editor. We are also registered members with the Victorian Canine Council. Our two youngest Harlequins will make their debut in the show ring in 2004.
