How did you get into racing? Riding trackwork at Wentworth before school.

First Winner/Track: Apollo Magic/Werribee

Favourite Track (and why): The old Flemington track - great fences.

Best thing about being a jumps rider: You get to travel and the money.

Worst thing about being a jumps rider: Broken bones.

Best jumper you’ve ridden: The Shu

Outside of racing what are you most passionate about? My wife and family and my farm, generally enjoying life.

What are your riding career goals? To win Warrnambool and Oakbank.

What will you do after your riding career is over? Train and buy a bigger property for training and cattle.

What is the strangest (amusing or serious) experience you've ever had in racing? The strangest experience is winning three Grand Nationals in the same year - SA National and Hurdle and Steeple double in 1995.

What, in life, are you most afraid of? Growing old and getting grey hair.

Wife, Adele, my two children Samuel 5 years old and Keyara, 2 years old.
