Date of Birth: 5 April 1966 Town where born: Hamilton, Victoria. How did you get into racing? Father Brian (BJ) rode over jumps for 25 years. First Winner/Track: Jasavo / Hamilton (flat race) and Nasedy / McGambier (jumps). Favourite Track (and why): Old Flemington steeple course. Now Sandown steeple course. Best thing about being a jumps rider: Mateship amongst fellow riders. Worst thing about being a jumps rider: Falls and injuries. Best jumper you’ve ridden: Blondeau Jumper you would like to have ridden: Strasburg Outside of racing what are you most passionate about? House and Garden. What will you do after your riding career is over? No idea. What is the strangest (amusing or serious) experience you’ve ever had in racing? Falling at the last fence in a steeple and got up 15 minutes later after being knocked unconscious not knowing I had been unconscious at all. What, in life, are you most afraid of?
