Festival Bazaar Vendor Registration
Bazaar will be held on Sept 1st 2012, 6:30pm - 10:00pm
at the St Ailbe's Hall, Margaret St, Launceston.
Vendors have from 6:00pm to set up their stall.
Tables are 2.7 metres long and a seat is supplied for each seller as well as a pass for free entry.
While you may place boxes of stock under your table they must not be placed in front of tables
as this is a hazard for customers walking past.
For the comfort of everyone present, vendors must not use incense or oil burners.
All items must be belly dance related or of interest to women
(yoga, pilates, candles, jewellery, massage, make up, skin care).
Items can be preloved or new.

To Book Your Tables:
Email Zahira your name, address and phone number along with a short description
of the items you're selling
(eg: preloved Tribal costumes, make up, Yoga class details etc).
Also state how many tables you'll need and the method by which you will be paying.
Send your cheque or money order, made out to Zahira's Belly Dance Bazaar, to
Tasmanian Middle Eastern Dance Festival, PO Box 239, Exeter,
Tasmania 7275.
Payments can also be made by bank transfer.
Zahira will email details upon receipt of your booking.
