Web Site publication guidelines

This Web Site is rated "G" - General viewing and is therefore suitable for children. In some instances Educational directories have linked to it via the search engines Google, Yahoo, MSN, Teoma, Just James etc.
The following guidelines have been created to guide you in preparation for any items you may wish to place on the Web Site.

Items / programme's / photographs will only be accepted if:

  • There are no swear words or sexual content included in line with Primus Telecom / Search Engine guidelines.
  • The content is formatted and spell check has been used.
  • The item doesn't exceed 400 words; exceptions should be discussed with the Web Master.
  • They are complete, not submitted "piece meal" and content is not left to the Web Master to finish.
  • Written material is submitted via Email (standard format) or Floppy disc (using MS Word).
  • Photographs are submitted on CD (digital) in the original format without modification or in print format, the print / CD will be returned.
