Food:
- Dehydrated meals (my preference)
- Fruit and nut mixture
- Tea bags / coffee (optional)
- On the 1st day fresh food can be taken as long as you are willing to carry it.
- Fresh fruit ie apples, oranges etc
- Chocolate, lollies
- Noodles

Cooking:
- Billy (boiling vessel)
- Cooker
- Mug
- Spoon
- Matches / fire lighter
- Tool for lifting Billy pot
- Two litres of water, more may be required on hot days (soft drinks are not a substitute)
