About Us!

Ocean Notions Education is owned, operated and created by Ken Hoppen, a qualified primary school teacher with over 15 years of classroom experience, 20 years of diving, and is one of Australia’s best known underwater natural history photographers. He has written several books, including blackline master books, and had articles published in many magazines and newspapers in Australia and overseas. He has not only created all of these shows, but has taken all of the photos used in them!
