| Topside or Chicken Breast Celery Shallots Green Beans Cabbage Swedes Leeks Oil and Butter (Brussel Sprouts) | Select as many or as little from the list. Dice all vegies rather than leaving big chunks. Slow cook all ingredients either in a saucepan with a lid or a small casserole dish in the oven. Slow cooking allows the oil to absorb the flavours. Brussel Sprouts can be used as a side dish. Boil them separately. Remember to weigh all food before it is cooked. Use the "raw" values from the "Australian Food Values" list. If your child has a dairy intolerance, use only oil. |
