Topside or Chicken Breast
Celery
Shallots
Green Beans
Cabbage
Swedes
Leeks
Carrots (Moderate Salicylates)
Pumpkin (Moderate Salicylates)
Oil and Butter
(Brussel Sprouts)


Select as many or as little from the list above.
Dice all vegies rather than leaving big chunks.
Slow cook all ingredients either in a saucepan with a lid or a small casserole dish in the oven.
Slow cooking allows the oil to absorb the flavours.
Brussel Sprouts can be used as a side dish.
Boil them separately.

Remember to weigh all food before it is cooked.
Use the "raw" values from the "Australian Food Values" list.
If your child has a dairy intolerance, use only oil.
