 I chopped the food up fairly small, then cooked over a low heat to allow the flavours of the vegies to soak into the olive oil. I either added the chicken later or used cooked chicken. The cream and cheese would be added after the meal was cooked.
 
Pizza:Egg White (for the base)Olive oil mixed with egg white
 (This is baked in the oven before putting on the toppings)
 Tomato Sauce
 Mozzarella CheeseOlive oil used on top as well
