Failsafe Soup

Topside or Chicken Breast
Celery
Shallots
Green Beans
Cabbage
Swedes
Leeks
Oil and Butter
Water

Select as many or as little from the list above.
Dice all vegies rather than leaving big chunks.
Slow cook all the vegies in a saucepan with a lid.
Cook until the vegies are soft.
Cook meat separately.
Once the vegies are cooked, use a blender to create the soup.
Add pieces of the cooked meat.
(The meat can be cooked with the vegies and blended as well)
Use water to get the right consistency.

Remember to weigh all food before it is cooked.
Use the "raw" values from the "Australian Food Values" list.
If your child has a dairy intolerance, use only oil.
