Welcome to the opening page of my first novel, Fuct and Fiction.

Fuct and Fiction was first published on a limited edition CD ROM by Semper Floreat in 2000. The following January, US-based epublishers Hungry Publishing picked it up and made it available for one year.

Readers should be advised that the novel contains images, concepts, language and other associated literary tools that may offend some people.

There are two ways of reading the novel - via following the Chapter links at the bottom of each page, or via the hyperlinks scattered somewhere in the text itself. Both voyages start and end at the same place, so if you feel lost, just use the back button on your browser until you get to where your comfortable, and follow the "linear" sequence from there. Fuct & Fiction is important, not just to me as a writer, but also because it documents a period of life that only a few have chronicled before - the late 1990s. It's a time that seems now decades behind me, as do the themes and the way concepts and relationships are explored here. That's not to say I'm not proud of what I've achieved in this novel. It's just to say that now, mid-2002, I couldn't write what I wrote during the three years Fuct & Fiction took to complete.
