Byron Lounge Cinema is located a short five minute walk or drive West of the town centre. It is one of few remaining independently owned and operated cinemas in Australia. Situated in the lush and tranquil setting of the historic Arts Factory Village, we are a world removed from the hustle and bustle of the main street.
As Byron's first film venue, established in 1994, we are proud to help preserve the original creative spirit of our region. The cinema is world renown for its eclectic atmosphere and personalised service. Works by some of our many local artists are often on display.
