The menu above is designed as a perfect balance
of vegetarian and meat varieties, combining our most popular canapes. To leave
your guests feeling satisfied, we recommend that you allott 14 pieces per
person for a 4 hour function, The menu shown above allows for a little more
than the recommended serving of 14 pieces per person. We have also added a ‘substantial
canape option’ which adds a small meal to your cocktail party without any added
expense. Finishing off with a sweet treat, the dessert canape is the perfect
finale for your party.

hiring cost for kitchen equipment, as
Catering owns the majority of equipment required to create your perfect
function and this may not need to be hired, helping you save on the overall
cost of your function. Also, your venue may have equipment available, for
example, your venue may already have a BBQ & gas bottle, so this may not
need to be added to your function cost.

STAFF HIRE
Serving staff – Saturday - $30.00 per hour, Sunday - $40.00 per
hour
TERMS & CONDITIONS –
CATERING
1. All Prices quoted are inclusive of
GST unless otherwise stated.
2. All prices quoted are valid for a
period of 45 days unless otherwise stated.
3.
Catering reserves the right to make alterations to the prices shown in
the above catalogue
4. All serving staff, where quoted, are
charged to the client for a minimum of 4 hours per member of staff. All staff
will be
charged at the rates above per hour.
5. our staff all hold RSA certificates,
and have the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests. As the host of your
party you are responsible for the behaviour and actions of your guest, and will
be liable for any breakages incurred.
6. A non-refundable deposit of $250 may
be charged to confirm a booking. Fourteen days prior to the event the
client will be expected to pay 25% of
the projected invoice amount. This is non-refundable.
7. The remaining balance is due 10 days
prior to the event.
8. Cancellations by customers will incur
costs in the following manner:
• Should the client cancel 3 weeks before the event
is due to take place then the client will be liable to 25% of the projected
invoice.
• Should the client cancel 2 weeks before the event
is due to take place then the client will be liable to 50% of the projected
invoice.
• Should the client cancel 1 week before the event is
due to take place then the client will be liable to 75% of the projected
invoice.
• Should the client cancel 72 hours before the event
is due to take place then the client will be liable to 100% of the projected
invoice.
8. Any unused wine, champagne and
spirits purchased by the client will be returned to the nominated contact at
the conclusion of the evening, although all care is taken, we can not be held
responsible for any missing alcohol items.
9. Due to seasonal availability and/or
significant market price fluctuations, all prices are subject to change without
prior notice.
10. Catering endeavours to ensure that all
equipment hired for your event is in good working order, however we will not be
held responsible for unforseen equipment failures.
11. In the event that overtime is
required at an onsite event you will be charged for the additional labour
according to the original base labour rate quoted. These additional charges
should be signed off at the function by your nominated contact and paid no
later than seven days after the event.
12. • Upon delivery of order, the consignee
is required to sign a Delivery Docket, acknowledging the quantity and type of
platters and/or equipment received.
• Client is responsible for any loss of
or damage to platters and/ or equipment and shall be invoiced at replacement
cost.
• It would be appreciated if your
function goes over the allotted time where staff is present that platters
and/or equipment are made available for collection from a central location in a
clean and reasonable condition.
13. Catering is guided by our client’s timings for
their event. If the client specifies on the day that they wish to
delay their event by a considerable
amount of time then they will be charged for staff accordingly.
14. All prices are quoted on the basis
that catering facilities are available on site. Catering requires to be informed at the time
of booking if you require additional equipment or facilities. Additional
charges may be levied where extras are required.
15. Whilst the company maintains
statutory insurance cover, it
accepts no responsibility for any loss,
injury, damage or breakages caused by any of its employees or servants. The
liability of the company for the failure
to fulfil any contract shall be limited to waiver of any charges due by the
client.
16. The client shall pay Catering the full cost of any loss, injury,
damage or breakables attributable to the client during the period in which the
company provides services or goods to the client.
17. Catering can provide most equipment however if
you choose to bring any of your own equipment to the event location, you must
ensure it has been tested and is safe to use.
18.
Catering accepts no liability for any equipment the client brings to the
event location and Aqua Catering asks that the client should comply with the
rules set out in the Health and Safety Work Act. Should you have any queries, please
contact us.
19. Aqua Catering will make every effort
to provide the menu chosen, however, if seasonal change or unavailability of product
etc, makes this impossible, we will inform the client as soon as possible and
discuss an alternative. Such reasonable alternatives to the menu shall not
entitle the client to cancel their order.
20.
Catering retain the right to cancel an event if any or some of the above
conditions are not met. We also retain the right to charge full cost in this
circumstance.
21. It is essential that we be advised
of any dietary or special requirements prior to the event.
