We recommend that you purchase more than needed for
your bar, keeping in mind that all leftover beverages will be
returned to your contact person at the end of your function.

Here are the basic suggestions for your party:
Beer - Full strength & light beer
Bottles are more acceptable rather than cans for a more
formal affair.
Wine - Red, White & Sparkling Wine
Mixers - Coke, Lemonade, Soda, Ginger Ale, Tonic Water
Spirits Bottom Shelf - Bourbon, Scotch, Gin, Vodka,
Dark & Light Rum
Jugs of Water - Our bar staff can top up the jugs of water

Our BYO Bar package is perfect for reducing the overall cost of your function

You will need to supply & deliver all alcohol & mixers to
your function, for a small additonal fee we can organise
a lockable wine fridge to be placed at your venue
ahead of time to help with your preparation.
