RIP MARRIAGE
Just to update you all. Our marriage of five years has come to an end. My soon to be ex husband informed me on the day for lovers, February the 14th, that he is leaving me for another woman whom he met via the internet on "Facebook". Oh well, life goes on, another chapter in my life comes to a close and another opens, what is in store for me? Well that is all in the lap of the Gods, all I can do is pull myself up by my bootstraps and dust myself off and continue to live my life as best as I can. I have faced many daunting challenges and this is just one more. One thing that I have learned out of this marriage is that one is not validated as a person for having a man in one's life, friends and family, plus serenity and joyfulness for oneself is all that is needed to journey down the path of life. Another update :- The woman my husband left me for decided she didn't want him. As you can imagine he was devastated as he suddenly realized that he was now in a country with no wife, no home, not much money, very little possessions as he had to sell them to go to the States. So what could I do, he has been staying with me for the past year and a half whilst he tries to find another woman. As from November of 2010 my ex husband is now living in Sydney with another woman he met on Facebook. He has now been there for a couple of months. I wish them luck, but I wonder if a 'Leopard can ever changes his spots'. As for me, well I am enjoying my freedom, although I have to get used to living alone once again. It is not an easy task as you can imagine with all my limitations. I can honestly say that I will never again have another relationship. I really think I was meant to be alone. That one component in my life, that elusive butterfly of love was not meant for me. Love, Maggie
