Shirley (mum) taught both Samantha and Adrian how to play snooker when they were 12 and 10 years old. She herself loves to watch and play snooker and has been playing the game for 30 years.
Shirley enters the women's events in both Victoria and Australia and travels everywhere possible with Samantha and Adrian to watch them play.
2002 was a big year for Shirley when she took her first overseas flight and joined Samantha to represent Australia in the New Zealand/Australian Women's Test Match held in the Tokoroa Club Tokoroa, New Zealand.
This meant the whole family had represented Australia in the year 2002 as Adrian had been the Australian representative for the World under 21 titles in Latvia.
In 2007 She and Samantha travelled to the UK for a holiday and entered the "World Womens Championships" in Cambridge.

Samantha 28 years of age.............Started Playing snooker at the age of 12 and was entered into the Victorian Under 18 Championships that year (1994) which she won and has won undefeated until she turned 18 (five times). In this same period of time Samantha also Won the Australian u/18 Championship three times and came runner up twice. On turning 18 Samantha entered into the under 21 Championships and won this inaugural event in 1999 and 2000. Samantha's highest break is 93 in practice.
In 2007 She and Shirley travelled to the UK for a holiday and entered the World Women's Championships in Cambridge.

Winner of the Victorian U/18 Women's Championship five times.
Winner of the Australian U/18 Women's Championship three times and runner-up twice
Winner of Australian Under 21 Championship twice. 1999 2000
Winner of the Victorian Women's Championship in 2001.
Spent time with Terry Griffiths in Wales gaining experience and some coaching.
Represented Australia twice in the World Championships in England. In 2000 and 2001.
Represented Australia in the "IBSF World Women's Championship" in China 2003
Represented Australia in the "IBSF World Women's Championships" in The Netherlands 2004
Represented Australia five times in the "Australia Verses New Zealand Women's Test Team"
Runner-Up in the "Australian Women's Open" in 2003
Semi-Finalist in the Australian Women's Open in 2005
Runner - Up in the Victorian Women's Championship 2006
Semi-Finalist in the Australian Women's Open in 2005

Adrian is 26 years of age and started playing snooker and pool at the age of 10. The first event he ever entered was a Victorian Under 18 Snooker Championship. Adrian has never had any professional coaching or sponsorship but enters into every National and State tournament available to him.
He represented Victoria in 1997 for the Australian Under 18 Pool Championships, held in Darwin.
His highest break in a tournament up to date is 125 made at the Empire in Wales. He made a 114 in Latvia in the World Championships. His highest break in practice 143.
Adrian spent three months in Wales for practice and experience in 2002 and returned in 2003/2004 to live and contend in the UK Challenge Tour .
