Carlo is a beautiful Short haired Tabby with a definite mind of his own. He is choosy when it comes to making new friends and is affectionate on his own terms. He accepts quick pats and kisses but happily sleeps away a few hours on the bed. He is a little nervous around men and prefers female feline friends as well. Bellie is looking for a special family to give him a second chance
Bellie has unfortunately suffered a large amount of abuse by his previous owners. He was swung around by his neck & tail when a kitten & was subjected to other forms of abuse. He has come a long way since coming into foster care. Originally he was unable to be touched around the neck area and on his tail due to the abuse he had suffered. He is now happy to be scratched around the neck area and is beginning to tolerate his tail being touched. He will sometimes even jump up on your lap and sit there for a while. Bellie will probably take a while to settle into a new home but once he know he is safe he is happy to follow you around just to be with you for company. He will make a great companion for someone who is able to work with the special needs his personality has. He really deserves a chance with the right family. Bellie has spent considerable time around a large dog & many cats & kitens, & tolerates them only. He would be more suited to a home where he is the only cat/companion animal.

Frank is an outgoing, playful and affectionate boy that loves playing with his toys and his foster sisters. Due to severe abuse when a small kitten he has had to have the majority of his tail amputated. This has not affected him at all and he will have no lasting effects from this. Frank is not keen on being left on his own so would make an ideal companion for another playful cat. He is fully litter trained but would probably not suit an indoor only life.

Tom

Tom is a big boy with a beautiful personality. He was found roaming at the local shops very matted and hungry! Since he has come into care, Tom has put on weight and regained a beautiful long haired coat (after he had to be shaved). Tom isn't very active and loves to find a favourte place in the house to sleep the day away. He loves to be patted, and will happily sit on your lap for hours while you watch TV. Tom gets along okay with other cats, but would prefer to be the only cat in the household. He is easily annoyed by energetic cats and will swat them away in annoyance! Tom is litter trained and is learning to use his scratching post. He will need to be brushed at least once a week to keep his beaufitul coat in top condition. Tom would be a great companion for an active person who works long hours, or for someone who spends a lot of time at home for some feline company. Bascially he is an all round perfect cat!

Sooty

Sooty was rescued from a feral colony. She was obviously meant to be with humans though as she took no time at all to tame. She now follows you around and much prefers people to other cats.
Sooty, at only 8 months of age gave birth to 5 gorgeous kittens on 28:10:08
She has done a wonderful job and all 5 have survived - which was unexpected for a cat who is still a kitten herself.
Sooty is a very small cat and will probably stay very small (a mini cat).
She is mostly white with ginger appaloosa spots on her back and a few patches elsewhere on her coat, and a ginger/blacktabby coloured tail.
She will need to be with a person who is home a lot as she really enjoys human company.

This little cutie is all white except for a little grey stripe on the top of the boys head. Mickey is super affectionate, easy to handle and a delightful, confident young man. He's very inquisitive and playful and will do fine in a busy household with kids and dogs. Mickey needs to be inside mostly due to his colouring however he does like to duck outside for a quick nibble of grass, so he'd be best suited to a house rather than a unit/apartment.

Jigsaw:
Jigsaw is a very outgoing and friendly girl. Her coat is as soft as silk - she is semi fluffy and should end up with a lovely bushy tail. Jigsaw does have a light coloured nose so she will have to be an indoor girl. Besides she is so friendly she would not last long outdoors.
She loves to lounge around (on our lounge)but is also happy to tear around with her toys.

Princess is a wonderful little cat, lots of fun and great to have
around. She is always friendly and very chatty especially in the
morning when she thinks it is time for you to get up and entertain
her. She is not bothered by strangers, confidant around other cats and
not afraid to give as good as she gets. In fact her playful energy
often gets her into trouble with our bigger tom but she has a good
pair of lungs and can stick up for herself.
Princess likes a lot of fuss and will readily purr (loudly) to show
her affection. She doesn't mind being picked up even if she would
rather just play. And her party trick? Well she loves paper. She
loves the sound of paper being scrunched up and loves it even better
when it is thrown for her so that she can chase it and bring it back
for you to throw again. She also has great paper ball control and can
dribble with the best of them.
She will make a great companion to anyone with a bit of time to give
her. She is a very pretty cat, affectionate, gentle and cheeky. She
will provide you with hours of entertainment, just be prepared to be
encouraged out of bed in the morning by a loud purr and ball of paper
dropped on your head. Time to play!

Dolphin is a stunningly beautiful girl with a playful personality. She was sadly found at a work site with her sister who has now been adopted - poor Dolphin is still waiting for a home to call her own! Dolphin loves to play with toys and her feline friends. She is litter trained and enjoys using her scratching post. Dolphin has a beautiful coat with little black spots on her tummy and is very easy to handle. She adapts quickly to a new environment and is very inquisitive. Dolphin likes to be patted but isn't really a lap cat, however this may change in time. Dolphin gets along well with other cats, but would also be happy on her own as long as her new owner liked to play too!

Amber and her sister Candy were found in a box which was being kicked around a shopping centre car park, she sustained a bad injury to her left eye which was healing well until sadly she contacted cat flu, since then the eye has deteriorated badly and now has to be removed, as she has had no sight in the eye for a few weeks she will not be affected by losing her eye.
Understandably, after her early mistreatment, Amber is a little bit nervous when she first meets humans but soon settles down when she realises that she is safe

Squeak

Squeak is a beautiful boy who has learned to live a happy life with two unfortunate problems. First of all his tail was broken and crushed earlier in life and healed badly. He is in no pain and it doesn't bother him at all. Secondly, he sneezes a lot which could have been the result of a severe bout of cat flu as a kitten. Squeak is currently being treated for the sneezing, however the vet is unsure if it will ever go away - its almost like he has permanent heyfever! Apart from these two issues he is a normal happy boy who just loves attention. Squeak loves nothing more than playing with, and grooming his feline friends. He would like to be adopted into a household with another cat for company as he would get lonely if he was an 'only' cat. Squeak loves to use his scratching post and is 100% litter trained. He love playing with toys and will also curl up on the lounge next to you for an afternoon nap. If you're looking for a cat who isn't 'hung up' on his issues, loves other cats and is just happy to have a place to call home, Squeak is the one for you!

Poor Jewel came into care only 2 weeks ago from a horrible situation. Jewel was found in a horse float stuffed in a bag that tight she had to be cut out,no one knows how long she was in there but when out she couldn't stand or move. She was lucky to escape with her life as she was so dehydrated. Jewel was rushed to the vet where she was given fluids and food and luckily she has come out the other side ok. She is a little shy but likes be patted and stroked. Jewel will need paitent owners willing to work with her to gain human trust 100% again. She currently shares her space with another cat "Big Poppa" who is also listed. They sleep together and eat from the same bowl so if you are looking for 2 cats they would be ideal. Snodge, is a lovely tabby with a beige background and is very striking. He is also very affectinate and rubs on furniture to get your attention and loves a pat and scratch. The girl, Sweety Darling is a dark tabby and is more quiet. she would be best suited to a non noisy household although she is quire happy to watch the dogs on the other side of the glass doors without having a fit. They both have nice natures. Both these kittens have something oriental in their faces with lovely green eyes. Their fur is beautifully soft.
