Reeds are professionally hand finished, made on German machinery. Also  cane blanks;- gouged, gouged & shaped and gouged, shaped & profiled.

Bassoon reed grades:-  

All these bassoon reeds are individually hand finished by our professional bassoonist

Medium is an easy blowing reed of moderate strength

Medium-hard is similar to medium however with a little more cane left on the reed. This reed is probably ideal for professionals who like to make their own individual adjustments

Medium-mellow has a more rounded sound than the other two profiles

Contrabassoon grade:-

Medium-hard is a Viennese style of reed

Reeds can be packed in bulk or can be packaged individually in a plastic container. Individual packaging may be a preferable way to supply reeds to your students or for selling in music stores. Please add $1.50 per 5 reeds for individual packaging.
