HAPPY AND HOLY EASTER
On behalf of Fr Frank, Fr Reinaldo, the Sisters of St Joseph and Sr Clara, I wish each of you and your families a very happy and holy Easter, and a message of thanks for your well-wishes and prayerful support at this most holy time in our Church's calendar. May the Risen Lord bless you, fill you with hope and shower you with love. Alleluia. MANY THANKS
Many thanks to everyone who worked so hard to ensure that the Easter Ceremonies were beautiful, engaging and prayerful. A special thanks to our young people who presented the Station of the Cross so prayerfully, the choirs and musicians, those who cleaned and prepared the Churches with flowers and clean linen, those who served the liturgies as readers, acolytes, servers and extra-ordinary ministers, welcomers, wardens, those who had their feet washed and those who prepared the cuppa and hot cross buns on Good Friday morning. Thanks, too, to Fr Frank who once again gave of himself to help out with the various liturgies. How blessed we are to have these people among us. Amen, Alleluia!!! SPECIAL THANKS
A special thank you to Allan and Kaye from Guardian Funerals (formerly Metropolitan Funerals) who have very generously donated the Paschal Candles in both our Churches. For the past four years they have donated these candles, as well as one of the major prizes for our annual parish dinners. Many thanks for your ongoing support. PROJECT COMPASSION
