Thanks for stopping by. Here you'll find everything you need to know about visiting Bundeena and its glorious and unique environment. Where else can you find a warm and welcoming old-fashioned community with four beautiful beaches on the fringe of one of the world’s oldest national parks and all within an hour of Sydney!

If you've never visited before, we

know you are in for a very pleasant surprise. And if you’re a Bundeena regular we’re sure you’ll find something new about the area on this site.

The site is the online version of the Bundeena Visitors Guide, a popular annual publication that is circulated widely throughout the state - copies are available everywhere in Bundeena as well as in visitors centres and other tourist spots around the state.

Included is a section on Stanwell Park (incorporating Otford, Helensburgh and Stanwell Tops), a wonderful area just south of the Royal National Park with much in common with Bundeena and Maianbar. Much of the information included here is found in the Northern Illawarra Visitors Guide which can be picked up in the Northern Illawarra and at tourist offices around the state.

Bundeena and Maianbar are unique places for many reasons. You mightchoose to visit for the

unspoilt beaches, or perhaps to explore the work of the many talented artists on the Art Trail held on the first Sunday of every month.

You’ll also find live music at Bundeena’s delightful little bowling club (or “Club Bundee”) to locals every Sunday, including jazz and blues on that first Sunday from local quartet Joyspring.

You can also fish, walk and even go whale-watching. There is certainly plenty to see and do. We do hope you will enjoy your visit and return soon.
