5 Dolls Remix (2008) voice/electronic, 2'55", 2.68MB
5 Dolls for voice, synthesizer, piano, electric guitar, electric bass and drums was written for the Chronology Arts November 2008 event Emerging Century, with the composer singing and performing on synth. This remix was rendered by the composer, and is quite different to the original. The title refers to Matryoshka Dolls (or Russian Nested Dolls), which are an important concept in the lyrics and also the structure of the original work for rock ensemble.

T (2003) for solo piano, 1'31", 1.39MB
The title stands for many different words and concepts, the most important being the number three. The musical structure is saturated with tri-fold events. This recording was performed by the composer. The 1-page score for T is available for purchase from the Australian Music Centre.

The Moon - 5. Full Moon: when the eyes shine bright (2007) for eleven instruments, 1'28", 1.34MB
This is one tiny movement out of a 10 minute chamber work where each movement reflects a phase of the moon. Currently the composer is working on animations to accompany each of the movements. These will eventually all be available on the world wide web. The composer won the FAC/University of Sydney Women's Composer Prize 2007 for The Moon, but the work is as yet unperformed. The present recording is a computer rendered one.

Other

Three Witches (2007) for three violas, c.4'30". PDF score download, 288KB
This is a fun piece that was written for the first Chronology Arts event in December 2007. It is based on a tune first used in the organ piece Lt/Lve (2005), but used in a dramatically different way. Works for other strings are to follow based on other fairytale archetypes. Contact Peggy for performance parts.
