Blackburn's Family Hotel is a proud supporter of our community.
We sponsor local sporting teams including the Katoomba Devils A Grade Rugby League, current 2006 reigning premiers; Katoomba Cricket Club; and Blue Mountains Basketball.

We also promote our raffle in support of the Westmead Childrens Hospital. Other raffles held at Blackburns Family Hotel support the Rural Fire Service, Blue Mountains Band and local sporting groups.

Blackburns Family Hotel also hosts meetings for many local civic organisations and community groups and is home to the interesting "politics on the pub" afternoons.

Our well attended Muso's Jam nights, held every Wednesday, provide a space for the many talented musicians in the mountains to show their wares with instruments supplied.
